A growing restaurant struggling to grow its social presence
Pacific Catch is a successful and growing restaurant concept. Yet, despite their success, they had done a poor job at managing their social media presence. In fact, they had very little intelligence in terms of what they were doing right, what they were going wrong and how best to move forward.
The first thing I did was conduct a detailed social media audit of their social channels to analyze KPIs against the competitive set. Based on that learning, I was able to create a social media plan that would grow their audience, improve engagement rates, and ultimately put them in a leadership position in the social media space.
